RULES FOR VISITING EXHIBITIONS

Dear visitors,


All persons who have accepted the organiser's invitation to attend an exhibition or other event, as well as those who have registered as a visitor or bought a ticket at the ticket office, must comply with the Rules for Visiting exhibitions and non–exhibition events organised by Congresses of Central Asia (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), which are established in order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay of all participants on the territory where the Event is being held.


  • 1. These Rules define the procedure for admission of visitors to events (exhibitions, conferences, etc., hereinafter — the Event), organized by the Congresses of Central Asia – CCA (hereinafter — the Organiser), and also establish rules of conduct for visitors to Events.
  • 2. By accepting the conditions for attending the Event, the visitor gives his consent to the use of his image in photos from the Event in information materials published by the Organiser.
  • 3. The Organiser has the right, at its discretion, to determine the cost of the entrance ticket, the circle of persons admitted to specialised exhibition events based on the purposes of their conduct.
  • 4. Entrance to the territory of the Event is carried out using entrance tickets purchased at the ticket office, invitation cards, personal electronic tickets (when registering on the website) or if there is a visitor badge of the sample set by the Organiser.
  • 5. On business days, restrictions on the admission of certain categories of visitors to it are possible to ensure the appropriate format of the Event.
  • 6. To confirm the professional status of the visitor, the Organiser has the right to request a supporting document: a power of attorney or an official letter from the organisation being represented.
  • 7. The badge is issued to representatives of the mass media after passing the accreditation procedure, the procedure of which is indicated on the official website of the Event, or in another order determined by the Organiser.
  • 8. The right to attend the Event free of charge may be granted to students of specialised educational institutions on days determined by the Organiser. The admission of these persons to the Event is carried out only accompanied by a representative of the educational institution according to the list certified by the administration of the higher educational institution and previously agreed with the Organiser.
  • 9. Visitors are prohibited from handing over a badge or a personalized invitation card to other persons. The organiser has the right to check the correspondence of the surname and first name indicated on the badge (personal invitation card), the surname and first name of the visitor, for which the person controlling the passage to the Event has the right to require the visitor to present an identity document.
  • 10. In case of loss of the badge, the visitor should contact the registration desk for the Event to restore it.
  • 11. Children under 12 years old can attend Events only if they are accompanied by adults.
  • 12. Visitors are obliged to observe public order in the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is held and in the adjacent territory, as well as to comply with the legal orders of the Organiser and the administration of the complex where the event is held.
  • 13. Visitors are prohibited from:
  • 13.1. Bringing any kind of weapons into the territory of the Event;
  • 13.2. Bringing explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, as well as toxic, poisonous and caustic substances into the territory of the Event; 13.3. Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, be in a state of alcoholic intoxication, a state caused by the consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances;
  • 13.4. Enter the territory of the Event with animals;
  • 13.5. Trade without the consent of the Organiser;
  • 13.6. Move around the territory of the Event on bicycles, scooters, roller skates and other
  • 13.7. Perform actions that may become: a source of threat to the property of the Organiser, the property of the participants of the Event or the property of the lessor, the life or health of people who are on the territory of the Event, a source of obstacles or violations in ensuring the safety of the Event;
  • 13.8. Leave children unattended;
  • 13.9. Apply inscriptions, paste up and distribute printed materials, posters and other products of informational or advertising content, conduct propaganda activities without the written consent of the Organiser;
  • 13.10. Organise and conduct unauthorised rallies, demonstrations, and other uncoordinated promotions on the territory of the Event;
  • 13.11. Engage in begging, pollute and litter the territory of the Event;
  • 13.12. To be with luggage, objects, products that may stain other visitors and exhibits;
  • 13.13. Smoking in buildings and on the open territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is held, except for specially designated places;
  • 13.14. Attend business events in outerwear.
  • 14. If unattended items or suspicious objects are found on the territory of the Event, visitors are obliged to immediately inform a representative of the Organiser or an employee of the exhibition complex (lessor).
  • 15. Visitors are required to familiarise themselves with the evacuation plan in case of a fire placed at the entrance to the territory of the Event.
  • 16. In case of an emergency situation on the territory of the Event, visitors are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Organisers representatives or employees of the exhibition complex.
  • 17. The organiser is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings of visitors. In case of loss of personal belongings, you can contact the Organizer for assistance in finding them by means available to the organizer.
  • 18. A visitor may be denied access to the Event without compensation for the ticket price in the following cases:
  • 18.1. If s/he refuses to undergo a personal inspection when carrying oversized items to the exhibition, including presenting hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection;
  • 18.2.If s/he tries to enter the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is taking place, with prohibited-to-carry objects, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, a state caused by the consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances.
  • 19. Employees of the organiser and the security service of the Event have the right to prevent the following persons from entering the Event and/or removing them from the Event territory without compensation:
  • 19.1. violating these Rules or noticed violating these Rules earlier;
  • 19.2. violating the recommendations for preventive measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19);
  • 19.3. violating public order, behaving aggressively and presenting, according to the Organiser's assessment, a potential danger to visitors, exhibitors, guests of the Event or the safety of property located on the territory Events;
  • 19.4. interfering with the movement of visitors to the Event and exhibitors, as well as if the interference is caused by the property of these persons;
  • 19.5. having signs of alcohol and other intoxication; - antisocial appearance and/or in untidy clothes.
  • 19.6. obstructing the performance of official duties by the Organiser's employees and participants of the Event.
  • 20. If a visitor commits illegal actions, s/he may be transferred to representatives of law enforcement agencies to resolve the issue of bringing them to administrative or other responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 21. Material damage caused to the property of the Organiser, the property of the participants of the Event or the property of the exhibition complex (lessor) is subject to compensation in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 22. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these rules, if necessary.
